Ask for a copy of personal data held about you.
Ask us to correct incomplete or inaccurate information.
Ask us to delete information where there is no longer a valid reason to keep it.
Ask us to pause certain processing while a concern is reviewed.
Object to certain processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.
Ask for certain data in a portable format where this right applies.
Withdraw consent
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. This will not affect processing that happened before consent was withdrawn.
How to make a request
Email jack@spiritprotection.co.uk with your request and enough information for us to identify the relevant record. We may ask for proof of identity before acting on a request.
Response times
We aim to respond without undue delay and normally within one month. Complex requests or multiple requests may take longer where the law allows.
Complaints
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office if you are unhappy with how your data has been handled.
