Introducer safeguards
Safety & Compliance
This page sets the safety standards for partners, customers, and regulated protection conversations.
Last updated: 7 July 2026
Introducer-only role
Partners introduce interested people to the protection advice process. They must not recommend products, compare policies, assess suitability, handle regulated advice, or pressure anyone to continue.
Regulated advice
Regulated advice is delivered exclusively by Bespoke Life Ltd (FCA Reg No: 1012353). Customers should make financial protection decisions only after speaking with an authorised adviser.
Customer safety rules
- Make clear that cover is not guaranteed and depends on eligibility, underwriting, and advice outcomes.
- Do not target or exploit vulnerable people, financial distress, illness, bereavement, or fear.
- Do not collect more personal information than is needed for an introduction.
- Use approved wording and remove posts or claims if Spirit Protection asks you to.
Marketing standards
Partner content should be honest, balanced, and easy to understand. Any financial examples must be clearly marked as examples and must not be presented as guaranteed income or guaranteed customer outcomes.
Reporting concerns
If you notice misleading claims, unsafe contact, data misuse, or pressure selling linked to Spirit Protection, report it to jack@spiritprotection.co.uk.
Data minimisation
Only information needed for a legitimate introduction should be collected or shared. Sensitive personal data should not be requested through public comments, direct messages, or unsecured channels.
