Why we use it
To review partner applications, contact applicants, onboard approved partners, and keep records of decisions.
To manage lead introductions and pass relevant details to the regulated advice provider where a customer asks to be contacted.
To prevent misuse, monitor quality, maintain introducer records, and support FCA-compliant workflows.
To understand basic site performance and improve the website, only where the visitor has consented to non-essential cookies.
Lawful bases

Who we share it with

We keep information only as long as needed for the purpose collected, including compliance, dispute, accounting, and safety records. Partner application records are normally reviewed for deletion or anonymisation after 24 months unless a longer period is needed.
